Connie Murphy

Connie is excited to get back to her roots coaching club volleyball in Southern California. She played volleyball for Marymount High School, earning all-league first team honors, and went on to play at the University of Southern California. Connie coached for Club West for years and had the honor of coaching young women who went on to play college volleyball as well as become members of the US National Indoor and Beach teams. Stepping away from coaching for a few years, Connie became a personal trainer and currently runs her own training business. She returned to coaching at Corpus Christi School, and is excited to step back into the club scene. As a player, coach, and now parent of a current club player, Connie has seen all aspects of the game and knows the value of the club experience. She believes physical health and self-esteem are crucial to each and every member of the team and will make sure that every girl not only improves her skills on the court, but will leave the gym with a positive experience and strong relationships with her teammates.
